What does Freetown do?

Who do you work with?
Founder-led businesses worldwide that are already trading and have outgrown the way they're run, from UK small businesses and Nigerian SMEs to founders building across borders. We mainly work with businesses that have enough operating activity for us to diagnose and improve, and we work with earlier-stage businesses where there's a clear operational need and a strong fit. If you're just starting out, our Business Launch Package helps you set up with the right structure from day one.
Where should I start?
Most clients start with the Business Health Check or the Business Performance Audit. If you're not sure, book a discovery call and we'll tell you honestly which fits, even if it's the smaller option.
How much does it cost?
Our services start from £250 for a Business Health Check and £1,200 for a full Business Performance Audit. The Business Launch Package is £600, including the Companies House fee, or ₦350,000 in Nigeria, including CAC filing fees. Clients based in Nigeria have separate naira pricing for all services. You'll find starting prices for every service on our services page. We confirm the exact price after the discovery call, once we understand the scope.
Who will actually do the work?
Our Team delivers every engagement, covering operations, strategy, research and project coordination, with specialist associates for design, digital and IT where needed. Valentine Onyenobi provides senior oversight throughout, so quality and accountability stay consistent.
Where are you based?
Freetown Consultancy & Services Ltd is registered in Nigeria and operates from London and Lagos. We work with founder-led businesses worldwide.

Can you help me set up a company?
Yes, in the UK or Nigeria, through our Business Launch Package. It starts with a short strategy session to shape your idea, then we register the company. In Nigeria, the legal work is carried out by our legal partner. We then help you put an operating structure in place so the business is ready to run.
What happens on the discovery call?
It's a free 20-minute call. We'll already have read your form, so we go straight to what's breaking, ask a few questions, and tell you where we'd start and what it would cost.
How quickly will you respond?

How do you handle confidentiality?
We treat everything you share as confidential and are happy to sign an NDA before you share sensitive information. Any case study we publish is anonymised and only with your permission.
