Valentine Onyenobi is an entrepreneur, operator and consultant working across strategy, operations and execution. He founded Freetown Consultancy to help founders and leadership teams bring greater structure, clarity and discipline to growing businesses.
Over seven years, he has built and operated ventures across fintech, FMCG, logistics, property management and hospitality, alongside professional experience across the UK, UAE and Nigeria.
His approach is shaped by operating experience: understanding how a business actually works, identifying what is getting in the way, and building practical solutions that teams can sustain.
